I'm Back!

I guess that you could say that I have taken a hiatus from the blog world. Or maybe I have had a bit of a writers block. Not that I haven't had plenty to blog about. I have many pictures that I need to get blogged. I'll get there.

There is a lot going on. School started for Clayn & Tess. Parker is doing preschool, me & 3 other mom's are teaching preschool. I am serving as the Young Women's president in our ward. Clayn has been called to teach the 9 to 11 year old in primary. And the kids are taking art classes. So, needless to say we have quite a bit going on. In the middle of all this, I have to try to keep our schedules in order. Trying to keep our home on top of if all. I have to say, that I have enjoyed my time in the week while Parker is doing preschool, and I am home along. I feel like I can actually get something done & keep the house clean for 2 hours. I really do love the feeling of a clean orderly home.

Of course, I am loving this time of year. The cooler weather, the shorter evenings, the trees starting to change, pulling out sweaters & jackets, making crock pots of soup, apple cider. I know that I am a broken record, when it comes to fall. I adore fall! I fall in love with fall all over again every year. I have had several friends comment to me that they have thought of me, as September has come & with the cooler days. I have to say that I love hearing that.

I have a list of books that I want to read this fall. I am excited to be able to have some quite mornings to spend reading. I am excited to get baking again. I haven't done much of it this summer. I am also going to have time to work on YW's & believe me, I am going to need time to work on this. I am so thankfully to be able to serve & get to know the YW in our ward. We only have 8, & of the 8 we have about 5 that are pretty active. So, we have very few girls. But the girls that we have are great. I am having a great time getting to know them & their needs. I feel very blessed!

We are also, going to be switching Tess & Parker's rooms. Over General Conference weekend, we are going to paint both rooms & make the switch. After we switch them rooms, I want to re-do our room. I want a nice/pretty room. Here's a few ideas as to what I want.

What do you think? These are along the color schemes that I would love, maybe even a burnt orange. I need to look around & see what I can find.

Well, it's time for me to go to bed. I haven't felt good, I have had a bad cold. So, it's time for me to take my Nyquil & sleep! Tah Tah For Now!

Helllooo, friend! I am glad you are back to blogging. (:

My favorite is the red with the fireplace. Can you quick put a fireplace in your bedroom? But look at that fabulous corded sweater blanket. I bet Dawn could make one like that.

Have fun. I'm going to have to come see when you are done with the kids' rooms. I love changin' it up!
