Yummy Muffins

I made some muffins this morning, that the kids loved & so did I. I have made them before, but not in a long time & I forgot how good they are. I don't have a picture to post, because my camera is broken, for good! Long Story! Anyways, I wanted to post this recipe.
Raisin Bran Muffins
5 cups flour
2 tsp baking soda
2 tsp salt
2 cups sugar
1 15oz box of raisin bran cereal
4 eggs, beaten
1 qt buttermilk
1 cup oil
Combine all of your dry ingredients in a large bowl. Add eggs, buttermilk, & oil; mix well. At this point bake some & then cover & put the rest of the batter in the fridge. This will keep up to 6 weeks in the fridge. Fill muffin tins 2/3 way full & bake @ 400 degrees for 15 minutes.
These muffins are super easy, and I like them because they do make a lot & then I keep my batter in quart jars in the fridge & then, when I want them, I can just pull the batter out & bake.
