Saturday, I spent the day making strawberry freezer jam. I made 5 batches & got 24 jars of jam. There is something to say about taking the time to make jam. I really felt a sense of accomplishment. The strawberries were Perfect! They were beautiful. I know that sounds a little corny, but they were very pretty berries, and they tasted great. So, now we will reap the rewards of the effort for most of fall & winter with some yummy jam!
