We played a very fun game in Primary today, and I wanted to share it with you. After dinner, we sat around the table and made our list. Here's how it works : you simply write the ABC's down & then you see how many things you can come up with that you are thankful for. Clayn & Parker worked together, and Tess and I were a team. We went every other one. Here goes the list:
A - America, Autumn, Apples, The Atonement
B - Ben 10 (that would be Parker's), Brasil (Clayn), Buttermilk Pancakes, Bubble Baths, Books, Blankets, Bed, Baking
C - Christ, Christmas, Chocolate Cake, Costco, Cheesecake, Cousins, Cooking
D - Dad, Dolls, Disneyland, Dr. Seuss
E - Eyesight, eggs, Eli Stone (show), Enchanted (movie)
F - Family, Fun Times, Food, Fudge, Flowers
G - Grandpa's, Grandma's, Grapes, Gold, Grey's Anatomy
H - Heavenly Father, Hot Chocolate, Hugs, Hero's, Health, Home, Happiness, Hope
I - Ice Cream, Ipods
J - Jesus, Joy, Jokes, Joker (from Batman, also, Park)
K - Kisses, Kids, Kittens
L - Love, Life, Liberty, Laws, Leaves
M - Mom, Moonlight, Money Marshmallows, Movies, Music
N - Nice, Nachos
O - Oceans, Oreo's
P - Parker, Presents, Parties, Potatoes, Paityn, Play Dates, Pay Days, Prophets, Prayer
Q - Quiet
R - Relaxing, Reese's Peanut Butter Cups, Rest
S - Scriptures, Sleep, Sugar, Snuggling, Spring, Summer, The Sacrament, Our Senses, Sunshine
T - Tess, Thanksgiving, Turkey, TV, Temples
U - Umbrella's, Underwear
V - Violets, Vacations, Violins, Voting, Our Van
W - Winter, Warmth, Wishing, Washington, Work
X - X-Rays, Xylophones (Tess wanted this in there, I know she has no idea what it was, but she was excited to come up with something that started with an X)
Y - Yummy Treats, Yaks (yet, another one of Tess's), Yellow
Z - Zippers, Zebras
I love our little list, if nothing else, it gets us thinking about the simple things in life that we are truly grateful for! Try it & see what you can come up with.

Nice choice in blog layouts....
Eliza also loved this game. We changed it to be like the "I'm going to Grandma's house and with me I'm taking . . ." game. I love primary.
